Honey Celadon Bowl
I choose to work with really reactive and pretty cantankerous glazes. Some people might even say that my glazes are just prima-donnas – just of like the guy who uses them! Lately, this Honey Celadon has been a real trooper – usually pleasing me with its results, and regularly amazing me. On this dark stoneware bowl, the breaking is pleasingly subtle – breaking to a yellow red against a darker background. The size is about five inches wide and about four inches tall - perfect for cereal or berries – or a generous serving of ice cream.
